- Nonmembers / renewing members (includes registration, banquet, and 2018 membership), $300
- Members who have already renewed for 2018 (includes registration and banquet), $225
- One-day attendees with banquet, $150
- One day attendees without banquet, $100
- Students (includes banquet), $50
- Banquet only, $50
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided on Thursday and Friday and is included in the cost of registration.
