10:45 am-noon | Session Knowledge Management 3.0 Abstract: In 1998, EngenderHealth began its journey into knowledge management. It was an easy start built on a foundation of good intentions and plentiful resources. Since then, it’s been a roller coaster ride. After several strategic exercises and restructurings, we are slowly moving from “KM – Next Generation†to what we call “Knowledge Management 3.0â€. In this presentation, I’ll share with you some history of our team, where we are today, and our vision of the future. William Lester, EngenderHealth |
