Governance

APLIC’s governing body is its Board of Directors. Directors have a three year term of office and officers serve for one year.

The Board of Directors meets twice a year to establish guidelines, make policy decisions, and plan activities and events. Board meeting minutes are available by request.

An annual business meeting is held once a year at the APLIC Annual Conference.
