In 1998, EngenderHealth began its journey into knowledge management. It was an easy start built on a foundation of good intentions and plentiful resources. Since then, it’s been a roller coaster ride. After several strategic exercises and restructurings, we are slowly moving from “KM - Next Generation” to what we call “Knowledge Management 3.0”. In this presentation, I’ll share with you some history of our team, where we are today, and our vision of the future.
